HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY!
It’s Springtime, dear ones! And you know what that means… clean up, clean out, unclutter and create.
· Clean up the yard, the garden, the garage… and your EATING habits.
· Clean out the closets, drawers, cabinets, under the bed… and your BODY with a day or two of juicing.
· Unclutter the piles of books and magazines, the junk mail, yes, even the To-Do List… and the negative thinking in your MIND so you can--
· Create that new Organic garden and lawn, your streamlined, easy-to-organize house and the inmates (Opps, family) and add exercise to create a New YOU!
I invite you to join my “It’s Time to Reinvent Myself” project. During the Fall and Winter I’ve evolved further along my Path in Life and every once in a while I have to reinvent myself.
When the spirit moves me in that direction, it always amazes me (but by now does not surprise me) that the Perfect Solutions arrive, right on time. This Spring is no exception. So let me tell you about one solution that has arrived in my Circle this time.
After listening to an excellent internet radio interview, I clicked on the list of other entrepreneurs who broadcast from this particular site. Now you know I don’t believe in coincidence or “by accident” happenings so when I say I stumbled upon something new, that’s no accident, eh?
This web site had a title I simply could NOT not investigate. It’s called… are you ready? http://lookgreatnakedatanyage.com/ Yeah, it’s been awhile for me, too, dear parent.
Wait till you click on the link. No, don’t wait! Go now. So this is a photograph taken one year ago when Robert Martin was 58-years old. He looks like that by exercising 19-minutes daily.
His program takes TWO DVDs for the information he includes:
· two exercise programs
· nutrition information (he even talks about Ekekial bread, a favorite of mine)
· an excellent Positive Pep talk and the real secret to making changes in your life
· actual you-are-there demonstrations of every exercise with kicky music he’s written and performed.
He’s a trained classical musician who performed with leading composers and conductors before he changed his tune and went on to play with some of the greatest rock and roll bands in America. Excuse my play on words; you know how I love to do that!
The good nutrition and positive self-talk I’ve learned. The most important piece of information I must add is this:

EASTER The last time Easter fell so early in the year was 1913. It won't happen again till 2160. Oftentimes my Dad’s April 6 birthday fell on Easter. It happens occasionally with my Middle Button Peggy. On her 14th April 21 birthday Bill and I gave her a white rabbit which she promptly named Harvey. He lived in a purple cage.
